Brooklyn Center/Shingle Creek Parkway Ballpark Site

South of Interstate 94 on Shingle Creek Parkway, Brooklyn Center

It appears that at least somebody thinks this would be a good spot for a park, though I'm not sure just who. While the freeway access is good, the site doesn't have any neighborhood to speak of, and would be a bit weird with a ballpark plunked down in the middle of it. There's also no concept drawing to help visualize this, so it seems rather unlikely -- even more so than the other plans.
