Between Robert Street and Wabasha Street, South of downtown St. Paul

It would be a shame to lose Midway Stadium, but this might be a nice alternative. There are absolutely no details, and certainly no parking (at least on the drawing), just a cool concept.

A lovely concept, but someone needs to conceive of some parking. And maybe a freeway or two.
